HomeStar conducts thorough background checks on potential tenants, including credit history, criminal records, and employment verification.

At HomeStar, tenants can submit maintenance requests directly through their personal representative, to achieve the most courteous, respectful and responsive service.  Tenants happy at move-in experience a 19% greater retention rate than those who were not.  Happy tenants lead to higher retention, less vacancy and property wear, due to moving.

As each client is unique, it depends on the wishes and needs of the home owner.  Some home owners want to be very involved in every decision and others wish to drop off the keys and have us take over the reigns.

Research and you!  We will conduct a free comparative area rental assessment, after looking at the property in person.  After we come to our recommended rental/lease pricing, we will review with you the findings and allow you, the homeowner, to make the final decision on pricing.

Yes!  Based on your needs, there are two main options for on-going property management, Full (most popular) and Premium plans.  We service short term rentals, as well as  traditional properties.  Al a carte options are also available.
